The rapid growth of Cedar Park requires a new fire station to serve the city's residential development areas.  Designed to relate to these new homes, a material palette of limestone, cedar siding, and heavy timber trusses, reflect the strong Texas Hill Country vernacular present within the vicinity.  A stone tower not only provides a neighborhood landmark, but also provides access to a second level.
