To accommodate rapid growth, the City of Grapevine required a third addition and renovation to the existing 1977 Grapevine Senior Activities Center. Through interactive design workshops between the Senior Center, Parks & Recreation and City staff, an overall design intent for the new building project was developed by examining current problems with the existing center.
