Phase one construction of the Lindsley Park Improvements incorporated new playground equipment, safety fallzones, benches, and concrete paths. Phase two construction included additional playground equipment, landscaping, site lighting and an outdoor pavilion. Modern in approach, the classical proportions and use of materials in their raw state allow the pavilion to enhance and become one with its natural and historical surroundings. It is a paradigm of the people who built it, the place it stands, and the time in which it was built.
