The continual growth of the surrounding community and the congregation helped Temple Shalom in their decision to maintain quality educational programs and inspirational spaces of worship and fellowship. The analysis includes a Facilities Assessment Report, Strategic Facilities Plan and Campus Master Plan. The Assessment Report encompassed a complete analysis of the existing physical condition of the site and buildings. The Strategic Facilities Plan provided cost estimates for deferred maintenance needs in phased improvements. The master-planning evaluated several uses of the site, the challenges of renovating the existing facility, and the integration of a new education wing on the site.
