Renovations to the Gorman Lecture Hall at the University of Dallas were specific to a variety of instructional classrooms, lecture halls and social spaces. The public entry area was improved with a modification to the existing lighting systems, refurbishing the existing entry doors with new hardware, refinishing of the exposed wood deck ceilings throughout and new signage / identification for all rooms. The three large lecture halls were completely renovated with new finishes (including carpet, paint, etc.), all the original wood desktops were refinished and the hardware for the attached seating was refurbished and refinished. The exposed wood deck was repainted and a new suspended linear wood ceiling system was installed in all the entry vestibules to the lecture halls. The final component was the relighting of all areas with new suspended direct / indirect fixtures.
