Renovation of the Historic property provides expanded offices for the administration and a stunning new board meeting room located in the historic auditorium. Abandoned for many years after the construction of improved modern facilities for education, the 1924 structure faced several challenges to its survival. Features of the interior reconstruction include historic detailing of new wood paneled doors with glazed transoms and sidelights, new wood flooring, wood trim and pressed metal ceilings which closely replicate the original finishes. A custom brick mural founders' wall depicting the history of Mansfield and its legacy of quality education is the focal point of the entry lobby.
