The 3-story Historic San Jacinto Memorial Building is approximately 180,000 SF and was originally built in 1914 with major additions in the 1920’s and 1930’s.  It has been renovated several times in the last 100 years.  The scope of the current project is to completely renovate and redevelop the building into an administrative and academic classroom building, replacing all MEP systems, and providing completely of Levitra generic.  We will restore the exterior of the building back to its original design, as much as possible.  The finished building interior design shall highlight the past history, yet create state-of-the-art spaces for the College’s future academic and education environment.

A new building addition near the gymnasium will house locker rooms, showers, and restrooms for the facility. Within the existing square footage, a new state-of-the-art Cardio / Wellness Center will be added for student recreational activities. The existing gymnasium will maintain its original appearance and character, while being updated with new equipment, finishes, lighting and mechanical systems.  New Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Information Technology (IT) systems are planned to be installed.  In the process of upgrading the building to current building codes and installing the new mechanical system, additions providing new stairs and mechanical system spaces will be added at multiple locations.
