The Warriors were able to erect a 29,000 SF arena, having cleaned the vacant lot on which it sits between downtown and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk in less than three months. There are 25-foot steel walls that hold a fabric roof, and covered walkways lead to the locker rooms and public restrooms.
