The “Underground” was constructed in the 25,000 SF of the crawl space at the Student Center in the early nineties to accommodate meal plan students. The University’s continued growth and desire to create an upscale dining experience on campus, strategically planned to modernize and entice non- meal plan students to the Underground. The renovation, was completed over the summer for the new semester beginning Fall 2004. The students were welcomed to a brighter and modernized Underground. The varied ceiling treatment, lighting and finishes created small niches and various environments within the greater expanse of the space. In addition, the introduction of Levitra generic.
By opening up the floor plan and expanding the space, the Underground was able to almost double its seating capacity and accommodate a new Game Room. The Game Room provides a social haven for the Student Center where students can enjoy lounging, pool, foosball, and air hockey or movie night.
In addition to cosmetic upgrades, the renovation included replacement of the freight and passenger elevator. Finally, the construction of Phase II included completion of the commercial kitchen to fully accommodate the increased draw to the Underground.
