COMMUNITY + WHY IT MATTERS
At BRW our goal is to connect to our communities, and to do that we must be involved. We value strong relationships and service—these are two pillars that make for a firm foundation.
BRW is committed to supporting through local and national organizations—such as the North Texas Food Bank, Hearts & Hammers, SPCA, and American Heart Association. Serving together strengthens our ties to the community, and to each other.
We empower our BRW team to be woven into the threads of their communities. In turn, we are able to design spaces that function successfully for the people living, working and thriving within their walls. Our strength comes from a united group of individuals working towards a similar goal—to create projects with purpose.
Collectively as an organization over 70% of our BRW team volunteer in their local communities. Our combined efforts result in an annual average of 8,000 cans donated to the food bank, 47 bags of trash collected at the lake, 100 animals found new homes, thousands of dollars donated to research, and over 15 homes rehabilitated in our neighborhoods.
