Celina Fire Station No. 1

Our team worked with the City of Celina to provide design and construction services for the new main fire station complete with fire administration offices.  The station was designed to allow for expansion to meet the needs of the department and accommodate future growth.  The exterior is designed to extend the City’s historic small-town character and downtown image to the major public thoroughfare while complying with strict overlay district design requirements. The facility was originally planned to provide a two-bay apparatus bay, however during the design phase, the budget was expanded to allow for a third bay.  The conference room is designed with the flexibility to serve the community as an EOC until future funding can provide for a stand-alone EOC facility.
