Sam Watkins, AIA

Associate

Sam is a seasoned architect and project manager with over 25 years of experience on a wide variety of project types through planning, design, construction, and occupancy. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture at Auburn University where he participated in the Rural Studio program. More recently, he completed a research-focused master’s degree in interdisciplinary design at the University of Cambridge. He has worked as an advocate for the environment at the local and state level, serving as AIA Dallas COTE co-chair and on the TxA Sustainable Communities Committee. Sam’s efforts with Global Carbon Reward reflect his desire to be an agent for change in the profession by looking outside disciplinary boundaries.
