Project Manager - Architecture Focused
Location: Dallas, Texas, United States
BRW Dallas has an immediate need for a Project Manager with 15 to 20 years of office experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters’ in Architecture from an accredited program
- 15 to 20 year’s previous experience leading institutional projects of various scales and budgets
- Ability to lead and mentor teams and Project Architects
- Quality communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of client deliverables including drawings and specifications
- Passion for Quality Control
- Comfortable and confident in managing multiple clients and projects
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Comfort with managing AutoCAD | Revit Autodesk Architecture

Office Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas, United States
BRW Dallas has an immediate need for an Office Manager with 5 to 10 years of office experience. This unique position will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, office organization, event planning/execution, and IT assistance. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 5 to 10 years previous experience coordinating daily office administrative tasks
- Ability to lead/mentor junior staff members to foster career growth

- Notary service is a plus
Highlighted Tasks of the Position:
- Supervise Dallas Administrative staff (HOU, SF, and CS as needed)
- Executive support for Managing Principals and Associate Principals
- Build event agendas for Managing Principals’ review
- Coordinate and reservice travel for executive team including transportation, hotel and other logistics
- Organize and maintain office/kitchen supplies
- Communicate with building management on pertinent information including security access, vehicles, repairs, work orders, etc.
- Manage all issues concerning electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc. and contact appropriate repair technician for resolution
- Coordinate mid-year and year-end role development sessions
- Oversee AIA contract/agreement completion and file management
- Monitor registration/insurance renewals, repairs, and maintenance for all BRW vehicles
- Maintain all state architectural licenses and registrations
- Draft monthly agenda for monthly all-staff meeting
- Coordinate all logistical elements of annual events including venue, catering, tech, transportation, etc.
- Reconcile all payments per event agreements
- Troubleshoot daily IT issues as needed
- Maintain inventory of computers and accessories
- Submit repair tickets for computers and follow up on resolution
Registered Interior Designer
Location: Dallas, Texas, United States
BRW Dallas has an immediate need for a Registered Interior Designer with 6+ years of office experience. For consideration, please submit your resume and portfolio. Interviews will be scheduled and conducted in our Dallas studio.
Qualifications:
- Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas or reciprocal
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters in Interiors or Architecture from an accredited program
- NCIDQ Certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in the selection and specification of FF&E
- 6+ years of previous experience with institutional projects of various scales and budgets
- Ability to lead/mentor junior staff members to foster career growth and enhance the assets of the project team
- Quality communication and leadership skills
- Understanding of client deliverables including drawings and specifications
