Dallas Studio

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Dallas Office

Minimum one (1) year of related experience required. Experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services marketing preferred.

Supports the Marketing function by performing duties which may include assisting with proposal development and production, graphic/branding materials, and maintenance of databases.

SUPERVISION AND DIRECTION RECEIVED
Under the direction of Marketing Manager. Works closely with Marketing Director and Marketing Team, Business Development, and Sector Leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts and coordinates a range of marketing support activities as directed.
  • Organizes, produces, and assembles project marketing support materials (qualifications packages, proposals, presentations/interviews, etc.).
  • Assists in the creation of graphic presentations including PowerPoint, banners, poster presentations, brochures, and sector booklets.
  • Serves as key marketing point of contact/liaison to studio principal(s) designated to lead specific marketing activity.
  • Draft proposal sections and general marketing correspondence as directed.
  • Develops SF 330 documents as needed.
  • Maintains employee and project information in the corporate database (CRM).
  • Assists in the development of award submittals.
  • Assists in/coordinates public relations activities.
  • Assists with/coordinates special events.
  • Assists in other marketing areas as requested or assigned.
  • Assists Studio Leaders with lead development for RFP/RFQ’s.
  • Assists with interview prep., content and graphics which may include Power Point slide content and graphics, banners, etc.
  • Support the team in creating and maintaining consistent branded proposal graphics.
  • Assists in printing, binding, packaging, mailing, etc. of final proposal product.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of related experience required. Experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services marketing preferred.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
  • Ability to understand principles of graphic layout and apply to marketing materials.
  • Effective in managing time and resources to produce and deliver project assignments under strict deadlines. Works well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent proof-reader, self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Well organized, persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.
  • Positive attitude, proactive and professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to set priorities, multitask and work independently, yet work collaboratively as a member of the marketing team.
  • Works well with all levels of staff.

Language Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Reads and comprehends complex instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Clearly articulates thoughts to team members and clients.
  • Shares knowledge with others and seeks out knowledge that can be gained from others.

College Station Studio

Business Development/ Projects Coordinator

Location: College Station Office

Candidate at a minimum will hold a bachelor’s Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Business management/marketing is preferred.

BRW Architects is looking for a qualified individual who can assist in business development/marketing that entails tasks and processes to develop, strategize, and implement growth opportunities. Individual also needs to manage numerous projects and assignments and also assist with office management and operations. Such office responsibilities may include general office management, organizing meetings, managing databases, dealing with correspondence and queries, preparing presentations and reports.

BRW Architects is looking for someone who has initiative, drive and the ability to work as a team. The candidate will work closely with all team members to coordinate meetings, schedules, and contracts. The candidate should be equipped in working in all Microsoft programs, InDesign, photoshop, illustrator, and Client Resource Management

Business Development/Marketing responsibilities

  1. Input and update client database in Client Resource Management
  2. Seek and contact current, past, and future clients
  3. Prepare, coordinate, create marketing materials
  4. Attend trade conferences throughout the year.
  5. Prepare and assist in pursing work with Request For Qualifications

Office Management responsibilities

  1. Create and update project schedules and budgets
  2. Create and update Master schedules and budgets
  3. Create and update staffing schedules
  4. Managing weekly meetings and office calendars
  5. Prepare and assist in preparation and execution of contracts
