BRW careers.

Grow with us at BRW.

We are a creative architectural and planning firm dedicated to designing and building the spaces that enhance the way communities live, learn, and serve.

We believe in a robust spirit of curiosity and innovation to build on solid expertise. We believe in fostering culture and community through buildings and spaces we all spend time in. We’re committed to the belief that design has the power to improve people’s lives.

BRW is searching for colleagues that believe the same. Come grow with us.

What community means to us.

We are a team of diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and schools of thought who come together to conceptualize, design, and build the spaces vital to community. We invest in and build one another up as colleagues and professionals because each person’s success is the firm’s success.

Collaboration

Partnering with BRW means collaborating with dedicated listeners and passionate thinkers–architects, designers, and planners–who are community-minded and committed to excellence in technical craft. We employ over 40 years of expertise in architecture, planning, master planning, and interior design to translate the needs of each individual project to help our clients realize their vision.

“BRW welcomed me in the summer of 2015. At the time I was a recent graduate from the University of Houston and was encouraged to apply for a position in the firm by a colleague who worked in the Houston Office. BRW has a great learning culture and promotes an open-door policy to help structure your career growth and role development.”

“At BRW, I feel that I have a valuable purpose. I enjoy public service, and I truly feel we are enriching communities through design.”

“As a new hire I was immediately welcomed into BRW’s community of kind, caring and hard-working people. I am both proud and excited to be a part of this amazing team!”

“Organizational involvement and creating community outside of the office are areas where I thrive. BRW has allowed me to pave my own pathway with my local AIA chapter, by supporting my involvement and encouraging my growth within the organization.”

“BRW has provided a great environment for aspiring architects to develop the necessary skills to become well-rounded professionals.”
