Mr. Hankins has developed his career in architecture with a focus on design and the aesthetic enhancement of built environments. A creative passion that supports design strategies for programming, conceptual development, schematic design, and graphic clarity of the project. With over 33 years of experience, Doug provides design leadership, creative solutions, and a goal to keep the client’s vision in focus through all stages of the project. He has been a key contributor to our success at BRW for the last 30 years.

Doug’s passion outside the work environment includes spending time with family, travel, experiencing new places and driving the backroads of Texas. The best days involve time in the mountains of Colorado or time on the golf course with his Dad and son. He finds inspiration in small towns, visiting art museums, and the process of the captured image through photography.
