Kenneth Smith as a child grew up around building and construction, he would visit construction job sites with his grandfather who was a labor man that would point out the different types of materials. His interest and passion blossomed from that experience which lead him to want to become an Architect. Kenneth brings a very diverse background and leadership in his 35+ years of experience in various types of projects, including commercial office buildings, elderly housing, fire stations, federal, K-12, and Higher Education, libraries, multi-family, restaurants, sports & recreational facilities, and single-family housing. As Project Manager, he coordinates all stages of any project, from preliminary design through construction administration. He provides strong leadership and organizational skills along with construction expertise to the project team, from marketing efforts to the completion of the project. He has a keen eye for detail and technical knowledge of how buildings go together, which makes him an effective leader in coordinating with the project team both internally and externally during the early design and entitlement stages as well as coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors during bidding and construction phases. This unique blend of experience along with the desire to dive into the details provides the flexibility and expertise to deliver the best possible project experience for the client and end-user.

Outside of the office, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, traveling outside of the USA, i.e. (Brazil, Paris, Rome, and London), and spending time on the ocean. His love for God has kept him humble and faithful as he shares his life stories with others. He finds inspiration in working with his hands and serving others through design, DIY projects, volunteering, ministry outreach, and working in the yard.
