Dr. Stuart Kieschnick

With 35 years in public education, Dr. Stuart Kieschnick understands that great schools are about more than classrooms. As the former Superintendent of Nederland ISD, Stuart brings a unique perspective shaped by his experience as a teacher, coach, principal, and district administrator. His career in education has given him a firsthand understanding of how learning environments can shape the experiences of students and educators alike.

As an Executive Advisor at BRW, Stuart draws on decades of educational leadership and firsthand experience overseeing major school facility improvements to help connect a district’s vision with the spaces that bring it to life. His understanding of the challenges school leaders face, paired with his passion for public education, helps create meaningful connections between educational goals, thoughtful design, and the communities they serve.
