Throughout his 23+ years with BRW, Shea Rampy has worked on a wide range of project types including retail, municipal and higher education. He is currently a Director in our Dallas Federal Studio and is involved primarily in projects for the US Postal Service. Mr. Rampy is particularly well-suited for long-term projects and IDIQ contracts, citing the client relationship as one of his favorite parts of the job. He has considerable experience working out solutions relating to existing structures and enjoys the element of discovery associated with such projects. Shea’s problem-solving skills and his ability to view challenges as opportunities for creative solutions are his greatest strengths.
