Little Elm Public Safety Annex

The Little Elm Public Safety Annex stands as a testament to the Town of Little Elm’s commitment to responsive, community-focused growth. BRW approached this project with a clear understanding of the area’s rapid development and the need for a facility that could adapt to evolving public safety demands. By combining Fire Station 4 and a police substation under one roof, BRW created a collaborative environment that supports both departments while improving emergency response times for residents on the peninsula between the main arms of Lewisville Lake.

BRW worked closely with stakeholders to address overcrowding at the existing police station and to provide shared amenities that maximize efficiency and cost savings. The annex features a shared public entry, storm shelter, and physical training spaces, all while maintaining the security and compliance standards required for law enforcement.
