Sam Houston State University – The Woodlands Center – Nursing Unit

Complete design and build out of approximately 11,000 SF of The Woodlands Center, for a new nursing center campus in The Woodlands, Texas. The Build-out scope includes increased capacity of all programmatic spaces aligned with the needs of the Sam Houston State Nursing Program. Utilizing the fourth-floor of the existing campus shell building, the facility provides simulated classroom facilities that represent the daily working environment of a modern healthcare facility.
