Executive Associate
As an Executive Associate with over 30 years of administrative experience in the architectural industry, Rechelle serves as both the Office Manager for the College Station Studio and the Human Resources Director for the firm. In her role as Office Manager, she manages day-to-day office operations, supports business development efforts, and coordinates contracts with clients and consultants.
As Human Resources Director, Rechelle oversees firmwide HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. She works closely with leadership to cultivate a positive and productive workplace and ensure that HR practices align with the firm’s strategic goals.
Known for her exceptional multitasking skills, Rechelle seamlessly balances the responsibilities of her many roles, providing vital support across teams and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

When not overseeing job-related duties or spending time with her husband and children, you can find Rechelle relaxing with family & friends. Rechelle is the proud mother of two adult children; Haley is married and is the high school counselor at Franklin ISD and Zachary graduated from TAMU ’23 and is now a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Bryan.
